I washed N's hair with Bee Mine shampoo.
I conditioned with Bee Mine Beeutiful Deep Conditioner. This is a protien free deep conditioner.
First I finger detangled her hair as I worked the conditioner through. Then I detangled with a small tooth comb, one section at a time. To keep her hair from tangling back up, I braided each section as I finished. I ended up with six sections.
I left her hair braided as I rinsed it with fresh luke warm water. The thing I don't like about this method is that it can be hard to rinse all of the conditioner out. It looks fully rinsed until you squeeze the braids, then more conditioner comes out. I just rinse and squeeze until the water runs clear.
I parted her hair in small squares starting at the nape of her neck and braided tightly from the root. I didn't use rubber bands or ponys to secure it so I had to be sure to start the braids as close to the scalp as I could without it being uncomfortable.
I used Bee Mine Curly Hold Butter and losiusce moisturizer on each section to give it moisture and hold. I used a spray bottle of water, aloe vera juice, and olive oil to rewet her hair as it dried. I also used some of the Daja's Hair Milk and daily conditioner. All of these products can be found at www.beemineproducts.com
